Ted Bourchier

Ted is an architect committed to creating spaces that balance design creativity, user functionality and constructability.

Since joining Swanbury Penglase in 2014, he has built experience across a wide range of typologies, including multi-residential, commercial, health and particular expertise in the education sector.

Ted is passionate about working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative project outcomes. Known for his calm leadership, humility, and approachable style, Ted has successfully delivered numerous high-profile complex projects from early concept design through to on-site delivery.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys travelling and spending time with his young family.
